HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE (DOMESTIC)?

Please use the tracking option at the top of the page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE (INTERNATIONAL)?

Please use the tracking option at the top of the page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll get a link to the tracking history. In some cases, the tracking information will only be provided up until the package leaves massachusetts as airmail. From there, please plan an additional 6-10 business days before delivery. MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, BUT I JUST GOT AN EMAIL THAT STATES I RECEIVED A REFUND WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. The good news is, that we will refund you immediately for the cost of the item. (Minus any applicable promotion codes used on the order)

WHAT IF MY CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED?

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase

MY PURCHASE IS OVER $50… WHY HASN’T THE SHIPPING CHARGE BEEN WAIVED?

Free shipping for orders over $50 (subtotal) applies to U.S. Domestic, Canada, and U.K. shipments only (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $50.00. International Orders over $150 (subtotal) also qualify for free shipping.

Expedited shipping (i.e., Overnight) for all locations is available and will be charged at the advertised rate shown when your order is placed, regardless of the total amount of the order.

Helpful Hint: Take your promotion code into consideration when calculating your total.
